Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through whatsapp at +965-99076996 no later than two days from receiving the item. Kindly  provide us with your name, address, phone number, and order number.

We will examine your request and after approving it we will notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replaced item.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which it was received and in their original packaging.
